What is ‘Discounted Market Rent’?

This scheme offers the chance to rent a home at 80% (or less) of typical market rents.

How does it work?

Homes are available on an assured shorthold tenancy, usually for an initial period of six months. This is reviewed regularly.

Who is eligible?

You will require a household income of between £18 - £60k. Priority will be given to those living or working within the London Borough of Southwark or keyworkers (as defined by the Homebuy agent).
